Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, etc.).
If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or experiences any delivery issue, contact us within 7 days with photos or details so we can help resolve the situation.
